Suite Policies
If an appointment needs to be cancelled, a 48+ hour notice is preferred. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee. This includes partial appointment cancellations (for example, if a color retouch and a haircut are scheduled, but you opt to skip the haircut during the visit). This fee is 50% of the cancelled total service price. This fee will be charged to the vaulted credit card number or invoiced to you and must be paid before any future appointments are requested. A credit card is required to be on file before an appointment is scheduled. You may see a pending charge of $1.00 to verify charge, but you will not actually be charged.
Arrival 10 minutes late or more to appointment may be considered a cancellation and is subject to cancellation policy terms.
If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, have tested positive, or have been exposed to someone who has, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. The cancellation fee will be waived under these circumstances (honor system please).
In the event the cancellation policy needs to be enforced more than twice with a particular guest, they will no longer be allowed to book.
Guest satisfaction is a priority! If you are having challenges with your hair after a service is performed, please reach out within 7 days. I am happy to make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge. Should you be unsatisfied with a retail purchase, I will accept retail exchanges up to 30 days after initial purchase.
